I got this to make the kitchen in my new tiny van home work better, the dimensions were perfect. The bench is exactly as pictured, and seems designed well with things to stop stuff on the shelves from sliding off. It's made of melamine-covered board, as stated, and looks quite good. It was easy to put together, but the instructions don't say that it's easier to build it lying on its back. You only need to stand it up to put the top on, which is bigger than the unit.
