I have had this pillow 3 days now, it is still as flat as a pancake. I haven’t used it yet but it certainly doesn’t look like much neck support. It certainly doesn’t look like the advertised picture.

The pillow is ok but not what I expected. Its quite soft and the grey part where your neck goes isn't a pronounced as I thought. It's supportive enough but not a supportive as I expected. It is comfortable though. Does not fit in a standard pillow protector - still searching for one to fit.
