Package arrived within 7 days and kept informed about progress with delivery of order. Need to allow time and space to unpack and assemble but only need a phillips head screwdriver to get the job done. Fitted together precisely and drawers run smoothly. We got to the last 2 drawers before we realised that one drawer base was missing. Reported immediately. Replacement sent promptly. Finished item looks schmick and suits intended purpose.

Excellent quality drawers. Perfect if you are lacking space horizontally and want a tall, sturdy dresser to store different things in. Not too bad to assemble (instructions were really clear and screws and parts were nicely grouped). Feel expensive and worth the investment

Excellent product - exactly as described, easy to assemble, robust, elegant BUT - it is time that Temple and Webster eradicate polystyrene from its supply chain! The polystyrene packaging material (see photo) breaks up easily into small particles and when this gets in the environment it causes severe pollution - I will stop buying from this supplier if this continues, and will lobby others to do the same. It is not difficult to apply pressure to your suppliers to remove PS from the packing, and then use this as an advantageous selling point - commit to a company policy of only biodegradable packaging and feature this on your web site. Give your suppliers a deadline (i.e. within 6 months!).

Quite daunting in pre-assembly mode, but I am marking this down due to the huge amount of non-recylable polystrene packaging. Quite shameful that in 2025 T&W still use so much EPS |
