We bought a number of these to put on our polished wood floors so that the wood is still visible but there will be some insulation from losing heat in winter. The texture is coarser than I had expected from the photos on the website, but they look great and they have been softening as we walk on them. Because they are natural jute, we've found some stalks etc that need removing, but they are proving to be a cost-effective solution to our needs. |

Smelt like mould when I opened the plastic packaging potentially from being stored for so long. Looks nice though. The quality of the fibres is good. I aired the rug and put bicarb overnight and still smells really bad and stained its smell on existing carpet of the building. |
