Natural Hamilton Pine Wood Platform Bed

Bought this for my son's first 'big boy bed.' Perfect height for him. Easy to assemble. Very happy. Will be purchasing again when my daughter is ready for her bed.

Great value, easy to install, simple and nice for our guest room.

Well designed, elegant.

The bed frame looks good and feels sturdy for the price, but there are a couple of design issues. There’s a support leg in the middle along the side that isn’t obvious from the photos — and it’s easy to bump into. Also, since there’s no edge or lip to hold the mattress in place, it tends to slide around a bit. Aside from that, it’s decent value for the cost.

Great product, value for money

This product is pretty good as the finish is natural wood. Only the slats are too soft and there is not enough support in the middle.

Solid product, easy to put together. Easier to pull apart and put back together, recently moved, disassembled and reassembled very easily. Beautiful light wood, perfect for beach vibe or light colour scheme.

Obviously it is a cheap bed, but is it worth the money? Absolutely not. The head board is so short thay there is only about 5cm poking over the top of the mattress. A lot of wood cracked during assembly and cracked a lot when getting in to bed the first time. 2 starts because it is real wood not MDF

Wonderful product, my sons loves his new bed.

It’s okay. Doesn’t hold the mattress on it too well. Maybe it’s the mattress that I bought for it from them.

The Bed assembled OK however, two main holes were not drilled fully through. I think more slats would be needed if it is supposed to be able to take 300kgs.

Easy to assemble and sturdy

This is an amazing product and its all wood. We use the tape to fix the bed liner instead of drilling and everything worked out perfectly. I specially like the time it took, setting up a kid’s tent took more time then setting up this bed. We wanted to surprise my kid with both the setup and started with this as we expected it to take more time, though to our surprise it took only 30 mins and we spent almost 40 mins in setting up tent. Give it a GO!! Happy with the purchase

Great service, item is as pictured and described. Assembly time consuming but instructions in pictures was very clear and easy to follow. All the parts were provided to assemble it. The bedhead disappears behind the height of mattress so you can hardly see it.

I hate this bed. Would not recommend. Was not easy to put together and needed to get someone else to do it as I had to actually screw the nails into the wood which is hard with just a screwdriver (other bed frames have nail holes already cut). Apart from that it was pretty good for the first month or so but is now insanely squeaky. It is also not the sturdiest

Colour is really off putting, as a pinkish tone and inconsistent throughout… Construction was a nightmare as the docs are unclear on positioning etc; with one step showing a physically impossible arrangement! For the final step, you realise that the slats only come with two screws for each end and no markings to guide placement…

So simple to make and the wood is very sturdy.

We are very happy with the purchased wooden single beds. They were easy enough to assemble by following the included instructions. The wooden frame is of good quality and seems solid.

Worked really well for the spare room. Pretty easy to put together. If you have a decent mattress you won’t be able to see the headboard, so more like a base.

Great sturdy bed, the bed head is not that big when you have a thicker mattress but our guests have loved it.

Delivery was quick and simple, left it in my building as I was out. Bed is straight forward, good value for money.

Squeaks constantly. Some slats have broken already and my son is only 60kgs. Not happy. Wish I could get my money back.

Its a good bed base for the price. The quality isn't that high, but for a cheap bed base it's good and very easy to put together. Would be easier with a drill though.
