Natural Anderson 3 Shelf Bookcase

Love this bookcase, it looks nice and simple in our living room. A great basic piece of furniture that will work well with a lot of interior styles. A great place to store everyday items in the drawers too. I use one as a hair draw for my daughter. We have had it for a few years and it is still going strong, no damage or faulty parts.

The bookcase arrived quickly, the person assembling it advised that there was parts that were broken in the sealed box however able to assemble and from a use point of view it is functioning and sturdy. The drawers are small - be mindful if you want to load them up - they aren’t huge.

I don't recommend buying this product. The compressed fibre wood or MDF whatever they use is poor quality and the least amount of laminate is used so you have rough edges and sides. I had pieces that the dowels were to go into that were not drilled. So I have to drill out holes for the dowels to go into and yes I am competent with flat pack installs and following the instructions. The holes were simply not drilled out during manufacture, I can only assume there was little to no Quality Assurance checks done on my item. I also had half the marked holes for screws not started with a small drilled out dent, like they got missed during manufacture. The draw runner part was different to the instructions and did not have a centre hole to put a screw through like the part changed or instructions weren't updated. The top draw had a pre-joined part from manufacture that was stapled to the other section upside down. In the photo you can see the laminate for the part is missing because it is on the bottom not the top so I am left with a rough edge and see it every time I open the top draw. Also the top draw leaves a wide gap when closed so you can look into the draw when closed. It is like they used the wrong part for that draw front as it is not tall enough and does not look like the picture advertised. Yes I put the numbered draws in correctly and even tried a different combination to try to fix the gap to no avail and this is what following the instructions looks like. I also didn't have enough nails that are used to hold the back of the wardrobe and bottoms of the draws and had to go out and buy a pack.

The books shelf looks good and pretty much as pictured! The base is a little lighter in colour, and a little unstable so it is necessary to anchor to the wall. Otherwise we are very happy with our purchase.

Looks great but the drawers are really flimsy. I feel like they won't last long, so it's good that I don't use them too often. Otherwise, very happy with this product.

This is just lovely. Fits perfectly & honestly it was so easy to build! Currently deciding on buying one more or getting the wider double door cupboard style.

A huge pain to put together, and draws are poor quality.

Easy to assemble except for one bit. The instructions said to put a piece of thin wood behind where the drawers go in (kind of like a bracing peice). With this piece of wood, it pushed the two main outside pieces too far apart for the drawers to sit properly in the rails. I just left that peice out and it looks and works fine. Other comments mention the gap if that peice is put in per the instructions.

Very Happy with the quality of the product, if I had 1 thing to disappointed in was that it wasn't wide enough, besides that what you see is what you get.

Great looking stand...good size for small areas

The bookshelf was incredibly tedious to assemble. After this exercise, I felt like I had a degree in carpentry. It took me half a day to build this thing.

A good value for money product, well packaged and finished. The assembly took us 5 hours which was a surprise. The finished product was better than we expected.
