Whilst the chair looks good and is comfortable, the wheels of the chair don’t move very well, making it not great for an office chair.

It’s true that wheels don’t work…I just replaced them from my old chair and works perfectly. Rest of chair is ok, comfortable good material…

Years working from home. Required a chair with minimal parts. Every other shop share the same styles. This shop made it easy to navigate and thankfully has some stock that’s not found anywhere. I appreciate the retro choices and had a quick delivery. Grateful to have found this shop before replacing my chair. Would direct folks this way to sort a chair no problem.

The wheels on the bottom of the chair don't turn so it just scrapes and scratches along the floor.

Looks great and its comfortable, however the wheels do not work at all, and you have drag the chair in and out, scuffing timber floor.

Are these reviews fake? I purchased this chair and the wheels do not roll. They sent me a replacement chair and again the wheels don't roll
