Broke fairly quickly, lost its suction

working well in a small space

have had to get this replaced twice - always stops working

I recommend waiting for a better option to go on sale… this does okay on tiles for small messes, but I’m glad I upgraded to a Dyson.

Just died after very little time in a tiny home and stopped charging

Terrible product. Just not vacuum anything but probably anytime I try to vacuum with this. It spits out dust on the other end. Not happy with this product at all

Handy little vacuum

Useful but a little temperamental

Positive- easy assembly, easy to use, light weight Negative- low and Max settings when fully charged it only last about a minute on Max then cuts back to low. Disappointing! I have yet to use the mopping attachment.

Good product for the affordable price

Love it! My only thing would be that the storage of the dirt be a bit bigger, but it works really well, less louder than the Dyson and glides well.

Battery doesn't last long and if something gets stuck in the head it stops working

I brought this for my son and his wife for Christmas as they are expecting their first child and they needed a decent vacuum cleaner. 3 months down the track it has died. It casts its charged then only lasts 1 min when they use it. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Especially as they are expecting in the coming weeks. What do I do to receive a replacement please. This is the first purchase from Temple and Webster I have been unhappy with

It has stopped working already. Only had it for a month or so. Is not very strong suction

This is honestly a great stick vacuum! Simple to use, sleek and works very well. Its all we need for a small apartment and love that the heads are interchangeable for different needs. A great alternative to the Dyson, I'm very happy with it!

This is excellent, Prior to purchasing this, we had a Dyson DC59 which needed a new head. We decided to purchase My Genie H2PRO instead and couldn't be happier. We rate this superior to the Dyson.

Great little vacuum. Had some issues with the brush attachment but they sent a replacement right away. I love the "no cord" use.

It's absolutely awesome have had a Dyson V7 prior and it's absolutely a dream compared to it ! The battery lasts longer and it seems more powerful !!

Very happy with the product quality to price point

It is a great little vacuum! Perfect for an apartment or smaller living areas. Easy to use, clean etc. The little mop addition is easy to attach and does a reasonable job. All in all it’s perfect for everyday tidy!

3rd time purchasing this brand now and every time it stops working. It is great when it works but you’ll only get a few goes with it before it stops turning on.
