The product itself is great and nice quality. I have rated one star only as it smells heavily of damp/ mould. Probably caused from storage. If a replacement didn't smell, i would rate 5 stars.

This is a lovely rug and great value for money. It is very heavy so not one to be moved around easily. One thing is that it has a strong odour at first and if I had known that I would have aired it out in another space first then put it in place in the bedroom. But that new smell is not unusual. Just didn't occur to me.
