I’m extremely disappointed with the rug I received. The product description on your website clearly states a pile height of 1 cm, however when I measured it, it is only around 0.5 cm. This is a significant difference and not what was advertised. This is not the level of accuracy or quality I expected from Temple & Webster. I purchased this item based on the dimensions provided on your website, and they are clearly incorrect.
