The bed is well built and very comfortable. The assembly was bit hard as all single pieces comes in mini pieces. A electrical tool set is a must. I used kmart tool, worked fine. Spacious and clean to maintain.

The frame was not to complicated to install, however after time the bed has caused issues of continuous retightening screws and the supports shifting and not maintaining support. Looks stunning when put together.

Love the quality of this bed. Instructions were easy to follow - assembly took a couple of hours and you’ll need a power drill. Draws are so big and easy to slide in and out. I bought two and my kids love them!

I paid to have the bed assembled. There was a severe shortage of screws. The guy only had 4 screws so majority of slats were not nailed down and, therefore, still remain loose. The mattress on top keeps the slats down, but it would be good to receive the remainer of screws so this can be rectified.
