This mattress is not plush, it's medium to firm. It is extremely heavy. Ticking is good quality and it seems very well made.

I am fairly happy with this mattress, it is not as soft in the top layers as I was hoping for (our previous mattress was a MicroCloud) but for the price it is quite good!

Lovely bed to sleep in. Purchased for guest room but have used it myself a few times. Guests have asked for the softest bed and it gets praises every time

It’s not soft. If you’re a true soft bed sleeper, this mattress will probably disappoint. The pillow top is soft but the mattress structure is firm. Go to a bedding store and spend the extra to find the perfect fit. The quality is fine but there’s also a weird factory smell.

Great mattress, I can't really feel the cooling gel but I sleep well on it.

The product is rated in firmness as 'Plush' I feel the rating is incorrect and this should in fact be a Medium/Firm mattress. I've checked the delivery box and there is no reference to the mattress being Plush. You would think that this would be included on the box. The mattress came delivered in a cardboard box which needed two people to carry it to the bedroom (call out for single people) The unwrapping of the product was easy enough and the product was supplied with it's own cutter which helped to protect the mattress from being damaged upon opening (smart move by the supplier) The fabric on the mattress is lovely and it arrived extremely clean. There wasn't an odor from the mattress when I unpacked it, which other similar memory foam mattresses have. The mattress is heavier than my previous one, so I found making and lifting the product more difficult. You might also like to check the height of the mattress as it's far taller than the average mattress. My only issue so far is the firmness rating.
