I’m so glad I purchased this mattress. I was nervous about buying one online without trying it. This mattress is the perfect firmness and softness. First night sleep on the mattress and the back pain and shoulder strain I’ve been living with for over a year has pretty much disappeared. This mattress is really thick though so be mindful when buying fitted sheets we were lucky we had extra deep ones. It is really heavy when it’s rolled up so make sure you have help to get it on the bed. I was worried about the warehouse smell not going away but after about a week it’s pretty much gone now. This mattress was a lot higher (thick) than i expected and i gave it a good amount of time to unfurl and expand. It's actually quite a firm bed, a lot firmer than i was used to. I was worried, when choosing it online, that it would be too soft and it is most definitely not too soft. I've only slept on it a few nights but i read a lot of reviews before buying and a lot of people said how comfortable it is and that it's like 'sleeping on a cloud'. i don't really agree with that. It's comfortable in that nothing is digging into me and there is not noticeable sagging, however i wouldn't say it's very soft. I'm used to sleeping on a bed with a mattress topper (which is too soft) and maybe it's the comparison but this feels like quite a firm bed to me. I wouldn't want it to be any firmer and is going to be a bit of an adjustment for me. But I think the quality is very good. the handles on the side of the mattress are helpful. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought my daughter the double version of this as it was super cheap and reviews were very positive for comfort. After sleeping on it a few times with her I was surprised to find it was more comfortable than our bed so we outed our old one for this. My husband was very dubious at the price but I was determined to prove him wrong. It’s honestly the most comfortable bed ever now. My husband admitted the next morning he had the best sleep he’d had in a long time!

Worst mattress. This mattress is absolutely cheaply made, poorly designed, and completely unusable. From the moment it expanded, it was obvious something was wrong. You can feel the springs digging straight into your body, there is zero comfort, zero support, and zero quality. The sides flop and collapse under their own weight. This mattress is so heavy that it can’t even support itself, let alone the weight of a single person. Sit on the edge? It caves in. Lie down? The sides spill over like a failed soufflé. It feels like the cheapest materials possible were thrown together and sold as a “mattress.” No structure, no durability, no comfort, just springs that dig in, sagging edges, and regret. Hands down the worst mattress I’ve ever owned. Save yourself the pain (literally) and your money.

Ordering online for the first time you are never sure what you are going to get or if you have fallen to a scam. This mattress however went beyond expectations! Fast freight time, flat packed and vacuum sealed for easy carrying. Fun to watch the mattress grow in size once the plastic was cut. Though the mattress also went beyond expectation, it is also really comfortable. Will be ordering again in the future!

I bought this one 2022 before I moved to Newcastle. I didn't know what to buy, my room-mate recommended me to buy from Temple and Webster. I had back problem with the old mattress, this mattress made completely different how I feel after I sleep! So comfortable feeling. ( i didn't even use frame) And I sold this as a second hand the following year as I went to share house provided all furniture! I sold with really good price - i was using the description that Temple and Webster use on ads. Someone bought on the same day I put on FB market. Now I am moving back to Sydney needing 2 mattress- i am buying exactly same one, one single, one queen I do not even want to try on different brand or different kinds of.. High satisfaction

This double mattress is som comfortable! We purchased this in a single size a few years ago so knew it was a great mattress. Easy delivery and assembly as it's vacuum sealed in a compact box. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

This mattress is like sleeping on a cloud, the plush pillow top is very soft. It is incredibly comfortable yet supportive. When ordering I thought it would be more of a medium feel mattress, it's more of a soft medium.

Was hesitant to buy a mattress online without trying in person. We ordered this because it was advertised as medium & it easily met every one of our expectations. It's so comfy, not hard at all. It's solid but you do sink into it without the edges making you roll off. Definitely get this one if you're interested in a new mattress. Haven't had a bad back since sleeping on it.

This mattress is a hefty boi. If you are someone either female or not a burly man, make sure you have assistance moving this mattress around because she is a big one. Great mattress. Comfy. Minimal disturbance from my partner and cats. If you are larger chested and sleep on your side the mattress has these grooves which kind of make side sleeping easier and more comfy. Very tall mattress though so if you are short like my partner and I, just know, you may have to hop a bit
