I have had an Ergoflex mattress in the past and was extremely happy with it for over 10yrs but this purchase was for a guest bedroom that won't get used much so I wanted to save a bit of money, but was very worried about the quality that I would receive for a lower price. I always read reviews so I hope this helps you as much as others have helped me with our buying decisions. The first 2 pics are taken a couple of hours after unwrapping so hopefully it expands a bit more and fills out the mattress cover a bit more, but not a big deal. When we sat on it, it is very soft and sank a lot so we were a bit worried, but I slept on the bed for the first night and omg! it was amazing. It is softer than I thought I usually like, but it was wonderful. I have a bad back and was able to turn over easily and had no pain issues in the morning. It was so comfortable. I will be very happy to have guests stay and not be embarrassed as I know it is comfortable for short term stays. (as we haven't tested for long term). Great value for us and our needs.
