SO comfy!! Looks great. In an apartment, the couch being in different pieces meant we could get it up the lift! I would 100% recommend.

This sofa is too soft, the pillows keep moving and you will have to re-adjust constantly. The feathers in the pillows also keep coming out. The fabric on the sofa keepings piling. Would not repurchase especially considering the price is not cheap. Regret and wish there were more reviews when I bought this so I could be warned!

Same comment for this as with the other one - it's so soft that it's almost TOO soft, and the loose cushions often slide off so it looks messy after you've been sitting on them, you have to keep adjusting the cushions. But overall it's what I was looking for and I'm happy enough with it.

Amazing ottoman, perfect for my walk in robe. Delivery was super quick and arrive ahead of schedule.

I've had this for a year now and the cushions have not held up. They are discoloured, have lost their softness and comfort. Also if you get those of these, which I did, they easily move and your lounge will have a gap in the middle. Back cusions also don't hold up. Have to readjust everything daily. For the price, I would not buy this again and I regret my purchase.

Comfiest couch ever!

This is a personal opinion only: I know they take pictures in certain lightings and angles to make them look appealing, but I really was expecting fluffy full lounges, sit on them once and they flatten even more, I’m in my low 50kgs so it’s not that I’ve gone over the weight limit they have said. They become misshapen, if you sit on one seat more then the other then you might have a flatter seat then the one next to it and then the back cushions don’t sit level…. Looks really messy so you constantly have to fix them and due to this I sit on the floor… there are no clips to join them together either. It says in the description feather in the filling, the feather is very minimal however so maybe if more feather was added they could puff up more? I also notice the infill feels like a cheap pillow infill? That kind that doesn’t mould back to its shape? I don’t know. If I could get them all taken away and replaced I would. The cushions also slip and slide, only the ottoman has a Velcro but then again if all had Velcro on one side you wouldn’t be able to flip them so there’s that too? So there isn’t anything that holds them in place so you might kind of sink in between 2 seats and as they are not clipped together if you don’t have them held together by walls they will seperate…. I gave it 2 stars, because apart from what I listed, had the issue with the seat infills not been there they would be the lounges I would want in my home. They have partially refunded for the corner seats as they flattened first, but refilling has made them look worse and so much more puffier then the rest and has shown the lines that are on the insert. I’m so upset. The picture I attached is dipping of the ottoman, so maybe due to lack of feather doesn’t plump back up and as the ottomans have Velcro they cannot be flipped. By the way these are only about a month old.

The most comfortable sofa I’ve ever purchased. I was very surprised by the quality and it’s very cushioning!

We are so disappointed in the quality of this range. They are very comfy however the material is substandard. We have experienced pilling in only 8 weeks of owning this couch and the seated cushions slip off easily and we are forever pulling up the cushions and having to reposition.

Love this. Is as pictured. I would say that it is quite deep in the seat but I love that. Comfortable. Nice fabric. Fast delivery although driver did not help take any boxes up the stairs (I live in an apartment).

I love this. Goes very well with the modular chairs. It is a large ottoman. But it's honestly so nice! Big, poufy. Just great.
