I read the reviews prior to purchase but was disappointed when I received the chair, I found the seating area to be hard and not something I would want to spend very long seated in, actually it was very uncomfortable, therefor I was not happy with this purchase and have already replaced it with a better chair.

This chair has been perfect, not only does it fit into the decor of the office beautifully but it supports my back when sitting for long periods of time. Once again a good quality product from this great organisation.

I love the chair, but I am little disappointed. with the seat padding with in the first day..you can feel the middle seat cushion sink in the middle and lose the padding and firms. like wearing out the padding.. being something I didn't expect. but the quality is good.. if buying an office chair make sure that seat cushion doesn't sink in the middle on the first day.
