Margaux Coffee Table

It’s a really beautiful peace of furniture the quality of wood is great and it overall looks stunning. But the instructions are absolutely terrible, the cabinet instructions were vague and unclear with the look of the pieces not even matching the photos. I thought it was just me at fault but I got my partner to do the cabinets after I was unable to work out where the screws went and he also said it just doesn’t make any sense and that nothing aligns correctly. We ended up having to improvise but the cabinets are pretty much unusable. Really needs much better instructions overall. Still happy with it and certainly not returning after all the work putting it together, but I wouldn’t recommend to other buyers.

The instructions were very unclear so it took some time to complete. The table itself is not very strong. One piece of wood broke and my husband had to go to local hardware shop and buy a new piece, drill holes in it for where the screws had to go and reassemble. The overall look and function of the table is great.

Easy to build, only downfall, was the drawers, the holes provided were not correct. Had to drill holes to match.

Very tricky to build because of poor instructions. I swear they tried to squeeze multiple steps into one box because they were trying to save on paper! However, I really love the coffee table. It's sturdy and timeless. I switched out the drawer knobs and I'm stoked with the outcome.

This product is not easy to assemble even though i have assembled lots of furniture before.The instructions are not clear.

Spent hours trying to decipher instructions on how to build this table. In the end we gave up and purchased a ready made one.

Great little table. Quite solid and stable.

Instructions could be a lot clearer, as it jumped to from putting the sides together (step 8 left & step 9 right) then it was step 10 putting the draw runners on. COMPLEATLY missing the whole assembly. We worked it out in the end. THIS IS WHY THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE HATE FLAT PACKS, as the instructions are inadequate.

None of this is solid wood. Flimsy drawers that don’t sit properly.

i just got this table today and while assembling one of the wood panel broke into half without putting any pressure on it.

Love the coffee table, The material is great. A bit tricky to put it together as the instructions don’t really show all the steps, had to think through it. But overall happy with my purchase.

Easy to assemble, looks nice in my living room!

Very happy with product

This was a nightmare to put together. Instructions weren't good and we had quite a few screws/dowels missing. So had to purchase them to complete it. Drawer runners were also not lined up properly which again we had to pre drill holes.

Looks exactly like the photos, really sturdy. Very happy with this purchase.

Sturdy. Do recommend following the instructions so you don't end up having to undo parts to fit the top [emoticon]
