Product looks very different than photos. Very poor fabric and poor fit. Fabric looks saggy and lacking stuffing. Velcro is supposed to hold the slats in place, however it doesn't work and slats move when trying to put mattress into bed. There is no ledge so mattress moves off the bed with little resistance. Very disappointed

Fairly easy to assemble. It was difficult to get the gas lift to work but bed lifts easily without it.

So disappointed with this bed. The bed head sits maybe 30cm above the mattress so it’s very different to the photos of a made bed. It is also very low to the ground (final height is less than 1m so probably more suited for a toddler/child than a teen/adult). Fabric quality is poor - overall, a cheap and nasty product. I am attempting to return it.
