Nice and soft underfoot, more grey than appears on the website, but still gorgeous and actually works really well woth our space. Only issue is that the fringe is unfinished and too long for actual width of the rug so looks a little untidy. But not a big issue, I have just tucked it under. Great price and quick despatch/delivery.
