I'm writing this review after having used the lift up coffee table for a bit over one week now. Assembly: The instructions were easy to follow, though paying attention to detail is required. Having ordered and assembled another piece of furniture with similar assembly instructions just days prior, I noticed this delivery did not include "wood laminate imitation stickers" to cover the fitting holes. A minor visual detail that left me feeling these could improve the aesthetics of the unit. A half-star deduction for this. Functionality: the coffee table works well, the spring system seems proportionately designed and using the table in up-position has been frequent for occasional laptop work, but mostly for enjoying meals while on the sofa. Quality: The laminate on the table seems very sensitive to moisture, and this deducts another star. Just some condensation from a glass with a cold beverage left a 'ring' to the laminate, visible particularly with horizontal light, which we often have in our house. I would think the aesthetic look of the table will decline in a reasonably short time. Highly advise using coasters as the laminate has low resistance

Love it. It's perfect for the living room with some additional storage to put away odds and ends. Could have been a bit heavier or sturdier as it does move easily if you put your feet up.on it

Brilliant idea and would definitely recommend. A bit of effort to setup as was expected, but not difficult. Instructions were easy to follow. The lift up table mechanism is of good quality and is really stable.

Easy to build and sturdy with a good amount of storage space. Would recommend putting a rug under the table if placing on wooden floors as the table moves a bit when lifting the top.

Was good for a while but didn't last

the legs gave way, as the mdf coulnt support the screws and the the top.of the table delamintated in patches

Absolutely love my new coffee table with its oak finish and clever side storage. The added bonus is the part table top lift, which is perfect for an iPad or laptop or even a meal (& not just coffee) !! 😃

Amazing design, looks great in a lounge room and adds nice storage.

Great practical little unit. Just be sure to add something heavy inside the storage area because if you lift the pop-up table the whole unit will tip over due to the weight distribution.

This coffee table has been the best purchase I have made! Easy to pull out for eating dinner or using as a desk. Great the have the internal storage and shelves on the side as well. Very happy

This coffee table looks great, and the extra storage is really handy. It took me about 1.5–2 hours to put together. The only downside is the feet, they feel a bit flimsy, and it seems like they could come off if the table is moved or if too much weight is put on it.
