A bit complicated to put together

Good. However requires more time and effort to put together than may other products I have assembled.

Just what I needed for shoes storage in our new place, assembly instructions but easy enough to figure out. Looks great ant the bottom of our bed, it’s also the perfect height to access our under bed storage if need be.

I have built MANY flatpacks and I’ve never been more confused trying to put one together. One of the hinges snapped immediately upon use. It’s flimsy and I wouldn’t recommend it

This is the only horrible product Ive ever received from T&W. It is incredibly poor quality, none of the screws even have matching screw holes, it doesnt fit together snugly, instructions are very poor. Overall incredibly dissapointing.

Very difficult , impossible to put together. Instructions not adequate enough. No precise points as to exact locations for screws etc . To be placed. Have left lid just sitting on top. Possibly will just nail in place leaving the blanket storage section useless

Love both of these! The screen is perfect. It gives me privacy and my view. The blanket box is soft and fluffy and very nice to sit on.

Excellent Qaulity, lots of room for storage. Fits nicely at the end of the bed and height is useful to put your socks and shoes on.

Very poor assembly instructions and almost impossible to use supposedly pre drilled holes. Do not recommend this product

This storage bench looks great and is very practical, with plenty of space and a sleek design that fits well at the end of the bed. The only downside was the assembly because the instructions were very unclear and made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. Once put together though, it’s sturdy and stylish, so worth it in the end.

Very hard to put together. Hard to find the holes and can't put the hinges for the lid as there are no holes for them. Screw driver too long for purpose. Very disappointing. May be OK IF we could put the lid on.

Difficult to assemble

I like it however it is a bit lower than I had planned.

I'm very happy with my ottoman it fits all of my bedding in. I recommend 2 people to put this together as the lid needs someone to hold it whilst the order person screws it on, but it looks good and I am happy with the quality of this ottoman.

Best Ottoman for a bedroom

Great storage ottoman. Nice and sturdy

It’s quite a sturdy box, can sit on it and it doesn’t feel flimsy. Difficult for one person to put together. Instructions were confusing. Not all screws fit perfectly either. Looks nice and suitable for that price.

Once it's finally assembled, it doesn’t look too bad and seems fairly sturdy. But the building process is absolutely infuriating. The manual is a complete disaster, the holes don’t line up properly… It really makes me wonder if the sellers have ever actually tried putting this together themselves. Feels like they just bulk-order this stuff from China and don’t care at all about the customer experience.

This looks great at the end of my bed. But take the time when putting it together to ensure all edges align. The only downside to this was the springs, for the lid, that were so stiff that it couldn't shut without effort. I left them off in the end.

Beware - devilishly difficult to assemble. Unless you're extremely dextrous and handy, it's a two-person job. And you really need an electric screwdriver. If you attempted to do it alone with the screwdriver provided it would take you all day, and you'd most likely take yourself out with the screwdriver in sheer frustration before you finished. Also, typical other language gobbledygook instructions, accompanied by less-than-clear illustrations. Other than that, it looks okay for the price. But also be sceptical of the internal dimensions provided online. I made the assumption from them that it would be exactly the right size to store vinyl LPs, but once assembled, with the lid closed, it didn't work.

My husband said that this was one of the worst items that he has ever had to assemble. Nothing lines up. Very poor quality.

lovely but no idea ho to attach the arms to the lid and base. Instructions are minimal to say the least
