Magadi Ash Wood Lounge Chair

These are lovely chairs and while their foldability is useful, it does make them less solid. There is a 1 cm space at the pivot point on each side between the seat piece (with the back legs) and the back rest piece (with the front legs). This gap puts a lot of pressure on the pivot bolt when you sit in the chair. I have put extra spacer washers on the pivot bolt between the two pieces when I assembled the chair. The extra washers filling that pace let me tighten the bolt more and seems to have improved the strength of the chair.

I love this chair! The design is just gorgeous and very solid. I was wondering if it would actually pass as a lounge chair but it really does feel so comfortable. I have a feeling it will become a favourite.

Love this chair so much I have ordered another. It does have a slight light rockmelon flesh colour, but it works well. The only negative is that it doesn't like being turned upside down. My silly fault, it bit me on my fingers. We've made friends now, it's a great addition.
