Great bookcase, has lots of room to display things and store things

The product took a long time to put together. I don't have issues with this type of thing. It is flimsy, badly made and has been relegated to the shed. It is not fit for purpose, and I should never have bought a bookshelf that cannot carry the weight of multiple books. Many online sites are selling this bookshelf, and I despair of the quality, even though it was in the lower price range. I have now bought from a shop in person, so I can see the construction and shelf thickness that will not bow with a single book. If I were not capable of using a hammer and a drill and had to pay someone to construct the bookshelf, it would have been a wicked waste of money, which it has been.

Pretty good, all parts included and everything fit well together. Finished bookcase is very useful, deep enough to fit most books but doesn't take up much space out from the wall.

I bought this for my sons birthday and he loves it.

Looks great, good quality and great value for its intended purpose (i.e. not to hold the state library !). It is however sturdy, the shelves are not floating on 4 little brass inserts like a lot of cheaper units, these are all dowelled in place. Do FOLLOW the instructions to the letter and assembly will be easy (solo in about an hour). NOTE the order of some of the instruction steps seem rather counterintuitive and dowel lengths don't appear correct at first BUT they are !! Happy to recommend this piece.

Great deal however if I were to purchase this in person as opposed with online I would have gone with a different option that is bigger and blends into my surrounding furniture more.

Ok for the price but I don’t love that the longest pieces are separated and you can see the joins when easily remedied with one single long piece. Also, nail holes are only covered with white stickers that are noticeable. The plastic buttons that can be pushed into the holes would’ve been better.

A really well-designed bookshelf with lots of storage space. The shelves are strong, the wood finish looks great, and it fits perfectly into the room without feeling bulky. Easy to style and very functional. Excellent value for money.
