Luxe Boucle Shell Pet Bed

This is really great. It's a good size (I bought larger for my cavoodle as she likes room) and its nice and soft. The removable pillow is good for cleaning. The colour is like the picture in that the inside/pillow is a light grey and the outside is a greyish cream. Easy to add to any room decor.

Product description could do with some improvement. In one picture the bed looks to be white and then in others it looks a warm beige/cream. Either colour would have been fine but luck is not on my side it seems. Upon arrival it is cool grey tones which doesn't match my other furnishings well. It is also much smaller than expected. I should have been more careful reading that the measurements are the overall size, not the cushion size. There's also some pulled threads and lose faux fur. I also thought there would be zippers to remove the covers as it says it is machine washable. That is not the case. You just have to throw the whole thing in the machine which I worry will warp the shape and stuffing inside. Given the price point I really expected a lot higher quality than what I received. And now I will lose $40 just trying to return the unsatisfactory product. Incredibly disappointing business experience.
