As expected, it does bow a little in the middle without products on but is still sturdy. It would be even better if the backing of the book rest was adjustable.

Love this item, great for a show piece

The picture shows a tablet on the tray which does not work. If you don't want your tablet to take a dive ( which ours did) you need to make some modifications. An e-reader will likely work. It is nice and wide and will fit most bath's and quality is further good. Just had expected it be usable for a tablet which it isn't.
