Disappointed - The castor frame was dirty and needed wiping down, the controls are made of a poor quality plastic which is greyish and the decals are not well printed. The seat cushion is thick but not dense enough and the whole chair feels somewhat rickety. The chair works and adjusts well but does not feel or present like a quality product.

Just as described, comfortable and appears to be good quality. Delivery took longer than expected but the fault was with Aus Post. The chair left the warehouse 2 or 3 days after the order was placed.

I purchased this chair along with a desk, in a working from home scenario. Although each item arrived separately they were delivered within a day of each other, with a quick turn around. I have found the chair to be comfortable and it was very easy to assemble which was a bonus. I would certainly recommend the product for a home environment.

Arrived in 2 days & excellent chair for the price. Took 5 minutes to assemble (I didn't purchase arms) its fully adjustable and feels very , stable. Very happy with this purchase

This chair is a good quality chair you get what you pay for. Yes you can get cheaper chairs but the quality is not as good and you notice it.

Basic but comfortable. If you have spent any time working from home using a kitchen chair as I have, this counts as a luxurious upgrade. Delivered quickly and easy to assemble.

This chair is great for working at home, comfortable and sturdy. It was really easy to put together. The back rest doesn't adjust taller and shorter however, although this is not too much of an issue between user in my household.

Shipping was super fast, like 1 day... it's a nice comfortable chair but took me ages to figure out how to get the seat to stop angling downwards

This chair is hard and not designed for anyone who has additional ergonomic needs. The back doesn't have a height adjustment. It is ok as a basic chair.
