This is a handy sized pan for steak or chicken fillets. Good for cooking for 2 people. It does stick quite a lot though, even after proper seasoning of the cast iron. There is a lot of scrubbing to keep a clean co0king surface - especially after eggs.

Unfortunately quite disappointed in this product. Everything sticks to it no matter how much I seasoned it with care beforehand and throughout use. It's a decent size and easy to handle but do not purchase for induction cook top it just over heats and burns the heck out of everything.

I haven't used cast iron pan much so had to struggle a bit with forming coating. I have been using it almost every day and had to re-coat every few weeks to have feeling of non-stick. Quite happy as I am slowly going away from non-stick pans.
