First fan we have purchased & installed, and it seems like a reasonable choice within this price range. We replaced the overhead light and have brick walls so electrical options were limited in an old building. Unfortunately there is a humming sound when power is switched on so we keep it switched off when not in use - we use a remote separately to start & adjust the fan settings. Not the most user-friendly setup given we need to keep the fan switched off due to the sound. Hopefully the noise would not be an issue for others if they are not needing to have a similar installation!

Bought this fan in black. Looks great, super quiet. Only issue was although it is remote compatible, it doesn't come with remote. These needed to be purchased separately for additional cost.
