Fault product design and extreme low quality. The screw position simply won't match between back cushion and armrest, which makes the installation process a nightmare. Some of the chair I bought just impossible to be assembled due to the misaligned screw position. The quality of metal armrest sucks as well, it delivered with wear and tear. Low quality product, never being carefully designed and produced and an extremely painful process trying to make them work.
