Lazio Shorea Wood Outdoor Dining Table

This was a great purchase in the beginning, very fast efficient paperwork handling and then despatch. Then when it arrived there was a little conundrum. Weighed 30 kilos, female driver was solo and she came in in old refrigerated truck, kept the table cool and unspoiled until she took it out of the van. It fell and she noticed that the packing had a corner tear as well as the tear in the front of box originating in the factory. She manged to get it onto our verandah, only 3 steps, and slid it which scratched the flooring. She was a lovely lady and apologised for it. We then unpacked it and when we put it together one of the corners did not fit and we have had to clamp it. The table is solid and apart from the one corner is just the thing for our back area. So good communications and paperwork and speedy delivery with solid wood and apart from the small delivery fiasco all good. Would have given 5 stars if not for the corner problem.
