The overall quality of the product is quite good — the fabric feels nice and, honestly, for this price point, it’s hard to find a better-looking boucle sofa. However, I was really disappointed to find that two of the backrests arrived very dirty and dusty. They look like they may have been used or kept on a shop floor, though I can’t say for sure. It was upsetting because I had been really excited to do a full makeover of my space around this sofa. I’ve ordered almost everything for my home from Temple & Webster and have always had great experiences before, so this was quite unexpected — even my friends were surprised. Product quality overall is fine.

Delivery was faster than expected. The couch is very firm and is missing the hinges to click the pieces together. It looks nice but not super comfortable.
