This was actually maddening to put together, on the very limited instructions it didn’t explain the wood hammer provided is to bash the poles in as hard as you can. It must be assembled in a hexagon or similar and every join must be at precisely the exact same angle top and bottom otherwise they’ll pop out and that section will fall apart. Once you’ve got it together, then you need to each join one click at a time top and bottom to change the shape. If you do this even slightly wrong, poles will pop out. Despite multiple attempts, the gate will not install - basically that section is a different height to the rest so there’s no way of leveling it to get the hinges to click in. This might be marginally better on hard flooring but I’m too scared to touch it again while on carpet and fully prepared for the mental breakdown that will ensue when my pup jumps up against it for the first time - I’m certain the entire thing will collapse. Aesthetically, it’s lovely, but I 100% regret not getting one of the traditional metal x pens.

We used this for a pet pen for our puppy. Sooooo good. And looked nice in the house.

Quite difficult / tedious to assemble. Not very stable but may be OK for small dogs

Happy enough with the quality of the product, however it is larger than listed in the description (by about 10cm one way and 7ish the other) While bigger is often better I purchased the product to replace a 131cm square pen also from you, only after carefully considering the size and how it would fit in my space, and I have now had to re-arrange the entire room to accommodate the larger pen.

Product is appropriate sturdiness and perfect size for my puppy. I do feel however the pictures on the website and even instructions are misleading. The top rail is completely open and does not have the finish that the photos online seem to resemble.
