I love my new bed. It’s solid and sturdy and it does not squeak. The wood looks lovely. It’s textured and rustic, perfect for my Blue Mountains home. I can store things under the bed, and my new queen mattress fits perfectly. Thank you. Great delivery service too. They kept me up to date on when the bed would come.

The bed is beautiful, sturdy. Good material and amazing look. The only problem is that it came with a really strong smell of varnish (perhaps). It's been a week and we still have the bedroom smelling of it

Solid timber very sturdy and looks great. Screws to join the sides to headboard and bed end are too small plus screw holes are too close to the timber making it difficult to put them in. Slats are solid pine so no movement and all quiet

I like the look of the bed. No issues there. The build quality is good too, so no complaints there either. Where I notice some areas of improvement: 1. There is no assembly manual. It would be great if a small note with instructions could be added. 2. The bolt on one side the headboard was quite loose and did not align straight with the side frame screws. I had to open the headboard bolts/panel and put it back with proper alignment. 3. This is perhaps my fault, but I did get the wrong size. I will live with it, but this is for anyone looking for potential exchanges - Keep you original box handy and dont rip it apart or dispose it. Due to not having the original box, I cannot return it and I cannot use it either. My mistake really, but I really hoped there was a better way to deal with this situation and get an upsized bed frame, inspire of being well within the 30 day return timeframe. All of these points are doable. Like I said, I like the finish. it's just the little things to improve the overall experience and support.
