The Product looks and feels great but the assembly is difficult and the arm connections faulty ( they do not accespt the screw and as such one arm is unconnectable on one of the two chairs i bought.

My initial experience with Temple & Webster has been excellent. The sun lounges I ordered were easy to assemble and arrived with all the necessary components. I am very satisfied with both the competitive pricing and the quality of the product. This positive experience has made me confident in shopping on your site again.

These look like proper resort lounge chairs and are super sturdy!

These last rain, hail, or shine. The only thing that didn't last was the strap on the cushions, but that took about 18mnths to break and these chairs are out in the qld weather constantly, so I think that is great wearing for where we live and I like to change cushions around anyway. Overall, a great buy, we use these all the time.

Sun loungers require some assembly, great quality we are really happy with them!

These lounge chairs are very uncomfortable, they have a bar across the chair right where your butt would sit. The cushion is no where near high enough or filled enough to stop that very uncomfortable feeling. We purchased 2 with the intention of buying another 2 and I'm so glad we didn't. We did not use or try these lounges straight away and that was a big mistake and too late to replace them through T&W for a better product. My advise to anyone is DO NOT buy these chairs.

These lounge chairs are so light weight that we are worried that they will fall into the pool with the lightest breeze. As for the foam cushions, we don't expect to last more than 1 year, they are pathetic, so thin and the covers are well, shit, to say the least! A blast with the gurney and they would disintegrate on a good day!!!. We are so sick of ordering from Temple and Webster, looking at items that look like they are first class, paying a decent price for them (Not to mention the freight that they charger PER ITEM) only to have it turn up and be disappointed. And then, it's a major hassle to return it, and, at our cost. Honestly, I would rather just travel down to a store and see what I am choosing and buy it that way now. This particular shopping experience over several purchases has just put me off online shopping for furniture.
