Such an adorable little table for my 18 month old! A few little tweaks that could improve the functionality would be a hinge in the middle so the table top doesn’t need to be lifted up completely / could be lifted by a small child to access their things (although this would takeaway from the double sided feature I suppose!) and also little footpads under the chairs to make them easier to slide in and out. Right now I do have to physically help my daughter in and out of the chair and when she’s trying to push herself out of the chair, it gets caught on the carpet and whilst everything else has beautifully rounded edges, the bottom of the chairs are on the sharper side. Other than that, assembly was quite straightforward and it looks so nice in our home and we love the book storage!
