Kids' Emmett Bookshelf with Storage Basket

A huge headache to assemble, but once it came together it's a good bookshelf. I didn't see any mentions of this issue on the T&W reviews for this product , but searching the same bookshelf on other platforms, there were cautionary reviews about how the holes in the panels don't line up nicely. This happened to me in multiple spots, making it such that I ended up leaving some screws out because there was just no matching hole whatsoever. I guess time will tell if the bookshelf will fall apart because of missing screws, but so far it's okay after about 3 weeks. Assembling with just one person is pretty difficult as the higher slats/shelves require someone to hold it up while you screw. Not impossible, but be prepared for lots of frustration -- even further heightened if holes don't align. So far the shelf is holding up quite well and has organised all the books that were previously scattered across the floor. My son loves that he can see which book to choose from.

Absolutely love this bookcase. I put it together by myself. The instructions were easy to follow. It looks just like the picture and I love how it displays all my grandsons story books, making it so much easier, and more enticing, for him to select another book.

Easy to construct, plenty of space for books and toys - fabric cubes are very basic but easily replaced.

Great amount of space, holds lot of books and lower shelf is great for puzzles and games. Shelves don't have a lot of support, they feel strong, but will be interested to see how they hold up over time with heavy books on them.

Product is great and fairly straightforward to assemble, however two of the parts were incorrectly assembled and wrongly tagged at the factory, meaning it was unable to be assembled correctly.

Unfortunately no great quality. The shelves couldn’t handle the weight of kids books and have got tilted down already.

Do not rate this. Doesn’t hold a lot of books the shelf’s always fall and break. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Easy to assemble and great to use

Excellent product with good amount of storage space on the shelves and below. Easy to assemble and sturdy once constructed.

Bought 1 for each of my kids and they absolutely love them! Makes all their books accessible and they're already reading more. I didn't pay as much attention to the instructions and ended up doing it wrong initially so the holes didn't exactly line up (like some of the other reviews) but when I fixed my mistake, it fit perfectly!

I love this bookshelf so much, I bought a second one for when we expand our collection. The storage is absolutely amazing and it looks so good! Although I did end up changing out the cubes to match my aesthetic better. It’s currently holding 65 books, and each cube is hiding 100’s of blocks, cars and roads!
