My elderly mother LOVES it! She can sit on it straight from her walker and get up from it straight on to her walker. Its neither hard nor soft so she makes it a point to sit on it as it makes her feel good :-) Advice: If assembled by a single person, attach all accessories to each of the two seaters first and connect them from underneath in the end. If you have assistance, You can follow the directions!

I believe there was errors with the product. The drilling holes were placed incorrect: whilst the couch is free standing now and completed it is not 100 percent. i am very very dissapointed. Not to mention all the nails sticking out at the bottom. I actually cut myself when securing the bolts into the bottom of the couch. Moving forward what do you suggest we do? Would it be out of the question to receive a gift card or perhaps full refund. Very unsatisfied customer
