Great size and durability. Not super sturdy unless you fill the whole base up with sand. I perhaps underestimated how much would be needed. Overall a great choice at a terrific price.

The Punching bag is really great. Both my Husband & myself use it. Slides a bit, but that's to do with our floor. Makes exercise more interesting. I do recommend this bag

Really easy to put together and really solid. Have issues with it suctioning, but that is more a problem with my flooring and less with the product. For the price, this is a fantastic free-standing bag.

Excellent boxing bag

Boxing bag is great for my kids and even the husband gets in and has a turn. The bag takes a good bashing and then goes back to regular shape. Suctions to the floor wonderfully, we havnt had to add sand into the base yet.

It works great for some boxing exercises, but the set up is a little annoying and you have to take it apart if you need to change the water levels at the base. A simpler way to refill it would mean 5 stars
