This griddle is a beautifully designed and made barbecue must-have. Solid and heavy it retains heat once fired up. I put this on top of a brazier, the diameter of which is just under that of the griddle, and Bob's your uncle. A special design addition that is totally functional is how a part of the pan dips and allows fat to collect and flow out through an opening. There are lots of cheaper similar products, and I have several of those, but none of them can compare in functionality and efficiency. Certainly none of them can measure up to this one in the looks department . Totally classy.
