If you would prefer that your fire pit stays sleek black, you can rub back the surface and apply a coat of heat-resistant potbelly black paint each season to keep it looking its best.

Product specification stated that "Fire Pit could also be used as a pond". I wanted to use as a pond to plant water lilies. Problem is the pit leaks water from the base. Disappointing
