Unfortunately the light is not waterproof so we had to buy another light head.

this lamp was far too skinny and light weight for the punch I wanted it to give my entrance. I have not used it. I should have measured it properly. I am looking for a heavy duty entrance light that makes a big impression.

I needed to replace a damaged garden light on common property. I searched online and the Victorian lamp post from Temple and Webster was perfect for the job and very reasonably priced. It didn't take long to arrive and my electrician was able to install it with no problems. I am very happy with the result. I will certainly be shopping from Temple and Webster in the future. The garden lamp post looks lovely at the entrance to my garden. Perhaps simple instructions on the assembly would be helpful.

great value -- looks good. My sparky fitted a motion sensor near the top of the base - fantastic. Takes normal globes or led.

Not as tall as I imagined but that was just my expectation. It is great quality and so pretty in the garden amongst all the flowers .. more than happy [smile]

It's a very cute piece of decoration that will surely embellish our small front garden with a touch of elegance. Both Post and lamp appear well constructed and assemble very easily. I'd like to be sure that the lamp is real glass, it sounds a bit 'boxy' when tapped with your finger - my only 'con' and the only reason not to give it a 5. Delivery was reasonable, considering it was ordered just before Christmas; it arrived in about 2 weeks. Will comment further after installation.
