This lamp is exquisite. We have a number of Tiffany lamps we have purchased from Temple and Webster however this is a favourite. The lamp looks stunning in our family room and provides good lighting to read by without having to turn on all the down lights in the room. Much better ambiance. The sales process was excellent as we have previously experienced with T&W. Just love it.

The lamp itself is beautiful and the colours are gorgeous when the light is on. However, I was extremely disappointed that the nut at the base of the part that the lamp shade rests on was missing. After visiting four different stores, I was able to buy a nut and so have assembled the lamp. However, the shade does not sit as securely as the shade on the other lamp I purchased at the same time. It is disappointing that your quality control system did not identify this fault and rectify it before selling it. I considered returning it but thought that was a huge hassle.
