My main issue is that the photo and drawing on the box don't match the actual product: their mirror is not landscape, as shown, but more of a square. And the mounting loop is quite thin wire that deforms easily, the second one was actually bent, I assume from someone removing it from the box to check it wasn't damaged before they sent it, which I really appreciate. My husband also said it isn't ideal for looking in close up, which is a shame because I bought it for him to shave.
