The bed frame itsself is great BUT to receive a prodcut that had obviously been returned (the inside packing and tape had already been cut off) ad then to find that 1 of the joints does not match/line up whatsoever is really disappointing. This is the 1st time I have felt rip offed by Temple and Webster.
