This is the 3rd time buying these pillows (used in different rooms). Cannot recommend these enough. Soft but supportive, particularly great for back and side sleepers. I would however mainly recommend for small framed people - if bigger framed, they may not provide enough support for side sleeping. Otherwise could not recommend highly enough! (Better than any ergonomic or memory foam pillow I have ever trialed)
