Fantastic! really easy to put together, though definitely a two person job! only downside is the colour is slightly more neutral than the photos show. but perfect for my space and came so quickly!

This Haven 4 seater couch is gorgeous and very comfortable. I love the colour and the feel of the lounge - it adds a touch of luxury to my space. It also feels like it fits more than 4 people, it’s a great size for my space. I did see reviews of the couch losing shape where you sit, however I personally like how it looks so it’s not that big of a deal for me.

I love this couch. I’ve taken one star away because I feel like the cushion that goes along the arm rest as they advertise looks a bit funny. It’s not the same length as the arm rest so I place it on the other side instead and feel it flows better. It’s a very comfy couch and I love the colour.

Product looks amazing however after use it creates little balls on the material and the feathers start coming out and the cushions looses it shape. Would not recommend it .

Very happy with my purchase. Little bit nervous buying a couch I hadn’t actually tried. Comes fully assembled. The actual couch its self is more of a medium to firm but in saying that, I think over time it will soften out. Colour and sizing is exactly as described. The only downside to this couch is that it sounds a bit like a bean bag, so buyers be aware!! Overall, i think it’s a great couch for my little apartment.

Fabric covered in scratchy balls with a few weeks. Have had to buy covers. The whole couch looks old and ratty after just a couple of months. Unfortunate as the width and feathery comfort is so good. I wish they’d offer other fabrics. I was offered a refund and ended up getting another couch which was excellent.

The couch is incredible. It's very easy to clean the cushions. Low to ground so might not be suitable for all people. The delivery people are contractors and will not take it past your front door/apartment building door, ensure you can do that yourself. Couch comes in one piece.

Very pretty, very comfy but the fabric is so cheap. It balled up almost immediately. I'm embarrassed to have this couch in my house. Washing the covers only makes the fabric worse. I'm really, really dissatisfied.
