Gorgeous desk - unfortunately arrived with 2 chips in it, and did take a while to put together even by my builder husband. Required electric drill + phillips head screwdriver + allen key - so not suitable for someone who isn't handy. I do get a lot of compliments though and I use it for both the tv unit and my desk as the shelf and hole at the back is perfect for my TV Box.

Great table - have issues with the mechanisms in the drawers never keeping the front panel on. Doors always fall off even when i retighten them.

COULDNT BE MORE UNHAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE, Don’t waste your money. Once received we made this desk up as per instructions and it broke. Unbelievable for a brand new desk that was not cheap. VERY disappointed.

Exactly as the pictures show. Whilst it’s a mix of particleboard and MDF, it’s solid and looks the part. Great value for money. Relatively straightforward to put together but during some phases of the build needs two people.

Instructions in 2 nd 1/2 of pamphlet ambiguous and confusing. Required improvisation. Back panel required filing to fit in place. Fortunately on the back and hence not visible. Desk top didn’t align and required coercion. Still not flush. The desk is functional and looks good otherwise.

Perfect sized desk for a small study. Fits printer and desktop screen. Excellent quality.

Really love my new Hamptons desk I recently purchased. Found the island handyman to put together, too hard for me to handle, but what an amazing outcome! It’s just want I wanted for my new office, the overall design, the finish of the polished wood top and the nice curves around the sides. So very happy and a great price as well, worth it!

Considering the price I wasn’t impressed how difficult it was to assemble. I’ve done heaps of assembly before and it’s like the pieces were not flat as they wouldn’t fit together. It’s a nice desk but wouldn’t recommend.
