This lounge looks fantastic, trendy and Hampton style. However the product description sold me on this product; however, the product I received fell far short of the advertised product. Over a short period of time, the cushions lost their firmness, making sitting in the lounge or getting out of the lounge a major problem. In all my years, I have not experienced such an uncomfortable lounge. I have sent a few videos to highlight the problem, and one video included a relative who spoke about his experience of the lounge-----same same.
