The rug looks great and seems quite good quality. The colour and look are as advertised. I have only had it for about 2 weeks with no problems. I have it in a low-traffic bedroom. It's soft to walk on. The rug had a strong smell and I had to air it out for a few days before bringing it inside. |

A good blend of colours (mainly cream but has some grey/ brown undertones) for when you want a light coloured rug, but have kids or pets. It won't show every mark or stain. |

Great value rug. Grey is almost like a light blue tone so guess very well with our room. As noted on other reviews, rug is not thick so we have added Protectors under legs of sofa. Also, yes there are pulls but I have just snipped off, but do not allow pets on the rug to save from future pulls
