This was my first ever order with T&W. Even before unrolling the rug, I was less than impressed at the packaging. It was rolled unevenly and there was a seriously fluted edge apparent before opening the plastic wrapping. After weighing down the uneven edges, it appears out will straighten out with time, but I don't 'LOVE IT' like the other breathless reviews I see on this site. I'm disappointed with my choice but I guess I'll learn to live with it.
